Treasure

# Vintage Photodiary

“What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.”
― Karl Lagerfeld

Photographs from my Nani's treasure.
Everybody loves the going through a pile of old photographs, remembering the old times and how time has changed. I spent a day going through boxes of old photographs on my recent trip to Lucknow. Some of these photographs are even more than 40 years old. All of these photographs are black and white and have something magical about them.
The old times, when the trips were about getting a single picture of the place you have been to. These photographs are just priceless. Most of them are from the trips to different places. It is so amazing how the pictures have turned to be so perfect in a single shot even when the camera's were manual with no display screen.
And how today we take multiple shots to get the perfect one.
